Step 2 - Design your energy efficiency project.

Already have an energy efficiency upgrade proposal?
Submit the proposal(s) for energy efficiency upgrades and a completed Project Form with your Application to your utility company.

Need assistance designing your energy efficiency project?
Depending on your needs, we can refer certified professionals and have in-house representatives available to visit your property to identify cost-effective energy improvement opportunities that make the most sense for your property. The contractor or representative will perform a comprehensive energy assessment of your building to see which energy efficiency opportunities are recommended for your building, including, but not limited to:

  • Air sealing
  • Domestic hot water saving measures
  • Insulation
  • Windows
  • High-efficiency heating, ventilation or air conditioning
  • Energy-efficient lighting
  • ENERGY STAR® appliances
  • High-efficiency water heating systems
  • Energy saving control strategies on building equipment
  • And more!

Step 3 - If your project qualifies, your utility company will provide an incentive commitment. This is a good time to explore financing options.

Step 4 - After your upgrades are installed, an inspection may be performed, and then incentives will be paid. It’s that easy!
