Technical Facility Profile
This is a template document that state agencies and municipalities may use to aggregate information on energy use and energy systems in potential buildings for an Energy-Savings Performance Project. The state agency or municipality should provide this Technical Facility Profile with the Letter of Interest to QESPs.
