  • Owner-occupied
  • Your primary residence and located Connecticut

What Home Improvement Projects Can I Finance?

Almost any home improvement project that reduces energy use and lowers costs may qualify for a Smart-E loan – from solar PV to HVAC, natural gas conversions to insulation. You can also use up to 25% of your loan for non-energy related measures and healthy home improvements such as new ENERGY STAR® appliances, asbestos or lead removal and roof repairs.
